Everyone who’s writing a negative review here needs to give their heads a shake. There are new policies employees need to follow set by Fraser health. Retailers are only allowed a certain amount of people in their stores and I’ve seen myself the public being very rude to employees. These people are doing their best so you can go shopping. I’ve witness so many customers act like animals over the new procedures, I makes me sick. Shame on you. Of course your order took 2 weeks! There’s a world wide pandemic... and it’s not the employees fault...so ignorant. This is what’s wrong in the world... stores with maximum capacity limits mean that many people not groups...shop online if you don’t agree with lineups
I have been waiting almost a month for my order, and it hasn't even shipped yet. The customer service team is extremely unhelpful, and won't issue a refund or offer any other solution. This will definitely be my LAST shopping experience with them, and I would caution anyone from placing an online order with them.

I ordered this pair of sandals and yes their shoes are really nice (cheaper version of Aldo shoes) BUT their quality sucks. Shoes falling apart after 3 weeks. Do not recommend.
I have shopped in store at the Eaton Centre and Peterborough Mall, and each time I experienced exceptional customer service. Most of my shoes are now from Call It Spring. I also order online now, without hesitation, as their sizing is consistent. Got a pair of Chelsea boots a few months ago and they are perfect. I have three pairs of flats on order, and can’t wait to get the. I wear an 8.5 shoe and am so happy I can always get it at Call It Spring.
Sales associate made me sanitize my hands and said I couldn’t touch the shoes (totally acceptable during a pandemic). However, prices are listed on the bottom of the shoe not on the outside on display like most stores. When I brought this up to the sales associate and asked for a price on a shoe she rolled her eyes. Very rude.
One of the 5 pairs I ordered came damaged with factory defects and they wouldn't even give me a partial refund. Customer service is the worst too. Will not be buying anything from them again after this experience.
Manager at halifax shopping centre is so rude and don't know how to do customer service I had receipt and package of my exchange order he didn't exchange it bcz he said it is wrong box, So I bought two pairs so I gave him another box he said that one is wrong box as well then i told him that i bought only 2 pairs that the only boxes I have and then he declined to exchange it and he said m calling security.
Is this kind of service Do u guys do ?
That shoes is not usable bcz that was wrong size then i leave that in the store

I ordered 3bags from call it spring. There was a separate shipping , two of them was arrived on 23 of dec but the other one was delivered on 24 of dec. I am very disappointed with the third one because it was not that one which i ordered.They delivered the wrong bag then i message to their customer service ,they told me that they will reach at me in 12 hours but i did not get any response from their side.
Ordered online in November for Xmas gifts for my daughter (2 pairs of boots). After giving 3 weeks for delivery (understanding there would be delays this year), checked on tracking and they still hadn’t been shipped yet! Finally got through on the phone and was told UPS had lost them - even though they hadn’t even been picked up yet? I was given a full “return” refund, but am now scrambling last minute for winter boots. I seriously don’t think they had them in stock to begin with. ????
I purchased a pair of boots in Cambridge Ontario. The pair I bought was the last size 9 available so one of them was a display. 4 hours later I go to return them at a St. Catherine’s location. The associate said they could not be returned or exchanged because they’ve been worn. The heel of the display boot I was given had a little wear on it from people trying it on. I personally didn’t even try them on in store let alone wear them after my purchase. She refused to return or exchange them. Told me to go to the customer service chat on the website which was even a worse customer service experience. I then tried to call the original locAtion I purchased the boots at and it was busy for over an hour and was unable to get through.

Will never shop from a retail store. Had a horrible experience. The sales people never bothered to help and was rude.Only 3 people were allowed inside and when the store had 2 people the sales girl came and asked whether we would like to wait as two other friends were there along with me. We waited and were only allowed inside once the 2 customers left.But after 10 min 2 other customers waiting outside were allowed inside the store( but we 3 still were inside the store ) and they had no issues. The sales people were trying to make us go from the store and never thought we would purchase anything. At this point I have to say I am not a Canadian and they showed racism as well as attitude to us. Never going to shop from there.The products are great though.
Very bad costumer Service they rip you off you cannot exchange or return any items you get from them and the materials is very bad I don’t recommend it
